Concept and principles, Description of property and Intellectual Property: movable-immovable; tangible-intangible, title, ownership& possession, Types of IP and introduction

International Agencies dealing with IPR such as UDHR, WTO, WIPO, EPO, USPTO JPO; International Treaties – Paris Convention, Berne Convention, GATS, GATT, TRIPS, PCT

Concept and principles, Indian Copyright Law: The Copyright Act, 1957 with its amendments, Copyright works, Ownership, Assignment of Copyright, Renewal and Termination of Copyright, Infringement of Copyrights and Remedies, International Law and Policies related to Copyrights - Berne Convention, Universal Copyright Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, Rome Convention, WIPO Performance and Producers of Phonogram Treaty
