Objective: 

Upon completion of the course the learner will:

CO 42: Solve problems based on Mendel’s laws and gene interactions.

CO 43: Isolate mutants by replica plating and gradient plate techniques.

CO 44: Isolate and estimate nucleic acids from prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.

CO 45: Detect antibiotic resistance in microorganisms.

  4. Isolation of genomic DNA from bacterial cell.
