IPR conference organized by CWEI cooperated by the IIS University on 19th September
Consortium of Women Entrepreneurs of India (CWEI) had organized one day Conference on Intellectual Property Rights focusing on GI and Trademarks especially for women at Hotel Four Points Sheraton, City square, Tonk road Jaipur on 19th September.
IP Management Cell, The IIS University, Jaipur had received a formal invitation to join them seeking cooperation by dissemination conference information along with the registration form among our students, researchers and faculties to get their participants there-in the conference, further seeking honored guest to speak on various IPR issues scheduled thereat. There was no any charge for such registration. Under the direction of University Registrar and able guidance of the University IPR Coordinator, the University had participated thereat with suggested number of candidates i.e. twenty-three students and research scholars from various departments of the University; and allowed Mr. Pankaj Kumar (IP Attorney & the Assistant Professor of the University) for being the resource person on the IPR topics particularly on GI, Patent and Design as sought by the organizer.
Total participants were about 70 people including some students from Kota, MSMEs people, stakeholders of GI in the state Rajasthan and other people interested in the domain of IPR. Some of the participants arrived from various clusters like Handicraft, Indian Miniatures, Blue pottery (GI), Sanganeri prints (GI), Jewelry etc and from various towns of the Rajasthan.
