  2. Isolation of mutants by gradient plate technique.
  3. Simple problems based on Mendel’s laws and gene interactions.
  4. Isolation of genomic DNA from bacterial cell.
  5. Isolation of DNA from plant cell.
  6. Estimation of DNA by Gel electrophoresis
  7. Determination of λmax from isolated DNA
