DNA replication in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, enzymes involved in replication, DNA repair mechanism- mismatch repair, base excision repair, Nucleotide excision repair photoreactivation, Recombination and repair (Holiday model)

Transcription in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, mRNA structure (coding and non coding RNA; miRNA, siRNA and hnRNA), Ribozyme, Posttranscriptional modifications.
