Basics, Spectra, Sample Preparation, Mass Spectrometry Ionization Techniques, Mass analyzers,Peptide fragmentation mechanism, Interpretation of Mass Spectra. Various techniques: Ion-trap (Linear & Quadrupole), MALDI-TOF, LC-ESI-TOF, and LC-ESI-MS/MS
