Proteomics Basics and 2D Gel Electrophoresis. Protein Identification and Analysis. Protein preparation and Seperation. Protein Identification by mass spectrometry. Identification of post translation modification.

Unit IV: 
Protein Mapping

Unit V: 
Microarray

Microarray-the technique, Experimental design and Data analysis, Application of Microarray, Proteins Arrays and Protein Chips, Proteomics Tools and Databases.
