CO74: Apply various techniques of sterilization of the laboratory, glassware, equipment, media, explant, tissues etc. CO 75: Formulate plant tissue culture medium CO 76: Accomplish micro propagation through bud culture, organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis CO 77: Raise virus free plants through meristem culture. |
