Objective: 

On completion of this course, the learner will:

CO73: Acquire knowledge of a small and middle size plant tissue culture laboratory.

CO74: Apply various techniques of sterilization of the laboratory, glassware, equipment, media, explant, tissues etc.

CO 75: Formulate plant tissue culture medium

CO 76: Accomplish micro propagation through bud culture, organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis

CO 77: Raise virus free plants through meristem culture.

 

CO 78: Analyze cell viability and enumeration of cells through hemocytometer.
