Laboratory V

CO 11   To acquire knowledge of a small and middle size plant tissue culture laboratory.

CO 12 To learn various techniques of sterilization of the laboratory, glassware, equipment, media, tissues etc.

CO 13 To understand the procedure of making plant tissue culture media and stocks

CO 14 To have a practical knowledge of explant sterilization and inoculation.

CO 15 To study callus induction, embryo culture, raisin virus free plants through meristem culture.

CO 16 To study cell viability and enumeration of cells through hemocytometer.
