CO 56To acquire knowledge of a small and middle size plant tissue culture laboratory.

CO 57To learn various techniques of sterilization of the laboratory, glassware, equipment, media, tissues etc.

CO 58To understand the procedure of making plant tissue culture media and stocks

CO 59To have a practical knowledge of explant sterilization and inoculation.

CO 60To study callus induction, embryo culture, raisin virus free plants through meristem culture.

CO 61To study cell viability and enumeration of cells through hemocytometer.
