Objective:
This will enable students to apply techniques and tools for Bioreactors and fermentation processes, Industrial application of microbes and Gene manipulation both at Industrial and research levels.

- Isolation of antibiotic producing microorganism from soil
- Production of alcohol.
- Citric Acid fermentation
- Mushroom Production
- Digestion of DNA using restriction enzymes and analysis by agarose gel electrophoresis.
- Ligation of DNA fragments
- Isolation of plasmid DNA.
