  3. Determination of dissolved Oxygen concentration of water sample.
  4. Determination Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) of sewage sample.
  5. Determination of acidity of the given water sample.
  6. Determination of Alkalinity of water sample.
  7. Measurement of Chloride content of water sample.
  8. Determination of hardness of water.
  9. Determination of CO2 content of water sample.
  10. Estimation of COD
  11. Isolation of microorganisms from air, water and soil.

      Use of BLAST, FASTA (Nucleic Acids & Protiens).
