This course will enable students to utilize statistical techniques to analyze biological datasets, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis & develop practical skills in experimental design, data visualization, and interpretation of results. Student will learn to apply bioinformatics tools for sequence alignment, molecular modeling, genomic data analysis and phylogenetic analysis of protein and nucleotide sequences.
