Introduction and understanding of IP Audit, significance of IP Audit, conducting of IP Audit, identification of IP, protecting the exiting IP by registrations, open access
Introduction and understanding of IP valuation; significance of IP valuation; various method of IP valuation such as cost approach, market approach, option approach, income approach etc;
Introduction of IP commercialization; IP exchange; technology transfer office (TTO); Licensing & technology transfer; overview of a license agreement; negotiating a license
Concept of sharing benefits of royalties; public funded research and the sharing benefits of royalties; community sharing benefits of royalties (Kani tribe); benefits to member of Geographical Indication Associations
