Histology of Tissues

Selection of material, chemical fixation, fixatives,  tissue dehydration using a graded solvent series of ethanol or acetone,  rehydration, infiltration and embedding tissues, sectioning, mounting and staining, alternate methods of microtomy (cryotome, cryostat and vibratome).
