  1. Microtomy of liver/intestine
  2. Histochemical localistion of starch, lipids and protein in liver.
  3. Verification of Beer Lambert’s Law
  4. Estimation of protein by Folin Lowry method
  5. Estimation of protein by Biuret test
  6. Estimation of reducing sugar by DNSA method
  7. Estimation of sugar by Anthrone reagent
  8. Estimation of glycogen from the given tissue
  9. Estimation of cholesterol from the given tissue

  21. Enumeration by standard plate count.
  22. Microscopic examination of bacteria, yeast and molds and study of organisms by Gram stain, Negative staining, staining for spores etc.
