CO 1 Properly use aseptic techniques, including sterilization.

CO 2 To learn the different types of microbiological media and protocols

CO 3 Know General bacteriology and microbial techniques for isolation of pure cultures of bacteria.

  5. Negative staining.
  6. Endospore staining.
  7. Media preparation
  8. Pure culture techniques- isolation of microorganisms by streak plate spread plate and pour plate method.
  9. Study of growth of bacteria
