Working of patents, compulsory licenses and revocation, use of inventions for purposes of government and acquisition of inventions by central government, suit concerning infringement of patents, IPAB, penalties, patent agents, international arrangements
Prior-at search, sources of patent and non-patent literature, types of patent specification, parts of patent specification
Patent litigations case studies including infringement cases, compulsory license cases
studies – Haldi, Neem, Basmati etc, TKDL and its impact, recent updates in the field of Traditional knowledge world- wide
